Here’s how we do it:

  • First we take pictures, then pack it up and move it out, leaving your home broom swept and spiffy clean.

For people who simply want to remove everything from the house without having an estate sale, we provide the only service that sorts through the items before they are discarded.  Finding the hidden value in the items before they are simply thrown away.  We have found and sold tens of thousands of dollars worth of items that would have otherwise been tossed.

We have a dedicated expert to review all items before they are thrown out or recycled.

Who Needs an EmptyUP?

This service is specifically targeted towards people that either:

  1. Can't have a traditional estate sale - in the house and provide at least 30 days notice.
  2. Live in an apartment or building - specifically in NYC that won't allow crowds.
  3. Have to close on the house fast! Sometimes in as little 2 weeks.
  4. Simply don't want to deal with the headaches and just want everything removed in one shot.

How Long Does The Process Take

Here is a 30 day timeline for an average EmptyUP client.

Day 1: Send pictures for review
Day 3: Free on-site consultation
Day 5: Pack-up and remove
Day 5-7: Sort, discard, research, photographs, post for sale
Day 8 - 25: Selling all items we can.  Item's that don't sell will be donated or discarded.
Day 30: Receive bank-certified check.

Please note that the process inside the home can take as little as 3-5 days, leaving the majority of the work out of the home - allowing the closing of the home to be expedited.
