Day 1: Send pictures for review
Day 3: Free on-site consultation
Day 5: Pack-up and remove
Day 5-7: Sort, discard, research, photographs, post for sale
Day 8 - 25: Selling all items we can. Item's that don't sell will be donated or discarded.
Day 30: Receive bank-certified check.
Please note that the process inside the home can take as little as 3-5 days, leaving the majority of the work out of the home - allowing the closing of the home to be expedited.
